Cantwell's hearing was not a total victory, but it was still a win. The serious charges were dropped and Goad and Gorcenski were exposed as liars. Too bad Chris is still in jail. It's taking a toll, and we have to support him.

The fight continues.
UPDATE:
Apparently 2 out of 3 of Cantwell’s charges have been dropped due to it being proven witnesses gave false testimony.
Judge certifies one felony charge against Christopher Cantwell for use of illegal tear gas, drops two others.

2 out of 3 charges against Christopher Cantwell are dropped in preliminary after it was found witnesses made false testimony. #FreeCantwell
— Jason Kessler (@TheMadDimension) November 9, 2017
It’s appears to be the main witnesses who perjured themselves.
Goad admitted on the stand that his complaint was false and then tried to say that he was sprayed by Cantwell anyway even though he lied about it earlier, thus totally ruining his already threadbare credibility.
— Mike Enoch (@mikeenochsback) November 9, 2017
The remaining charge doesn’t even make any sense.
If the witnesses/complainants lied, why is he still being charged?
Pepper spray is legal in Virginia.
It’s not an “illegal tear gas.”
#FreeCantwell This is an outrage. The witnesses lied under oath. They should be arrested and Cantwell should be free.

Christopher Cantwell is having his hearing today, and hopefully he’s finally going to get let out.
He has been in jail since a few days after the Unite the Right rally back in August. He was denied bond, even though he didn’t do anything.
A man facing several charges in connection with the Aug. 11 torch rally that gathered on the University of Virginia Grounds appeared in court Thursday morning.
Christopher Cantwell is charged with three felonies related to the use of pepper spray.
Security is extremely tight for the preliminary hearing, and the courtroom has been packed with Cantwell’s supporters, including Jason Kessler and protesters.
His attorney presented two motions, asking to have the charges dropped.
One of the accusers testified Thursday morning that he had misidentified Cantwell in his original complaint, but said Cantwell did still use pepper spray against him.
Huh.
“Misidentified.”
They are apparently going through all of the video of the event in court right now.
Several of our guys are there as witnesses, including Eli Mosley and other attendants of the rally.
This catlady is reporting live from the event.

Mike Enoch is texting guys there and reporting some stuff.
Hot take: I just got word that @elspethreeve was kicked out of Cantwell's hearing and threatened with contempt of court for talking on the phone during proceedings. Lol.

Word is that Cantwell's hearing is going well for him, but keep your fingers crossed. These people are capable of anything.
— Mike Enoch (@mikeenochsback) November 9, 2017
Word is that the first witness for the prosecution, Christopher Goad, was tripped up many times on the stand and was rekked by Cantwell's attorney during x-examination. Likely he perjured himself several times. Remains to be seen if there will be charges.
— Mike Enoch (@mikeenochsback) November 9, 2017
40+ surly looking anifa are crowding the court, unkempt and smelly. Obvious drug users in the bunch. They are pointing at witnesses for the defense and saying they will remember their faces. Obvious attempts to intimidate and harass.
— Mike Enoch (@mikeenochsback) November 9, 2017
Goad confessed on the stand to filing a false report before a magistrate. He should face perjury charges. His further claim, with no evidence, that Cantwell sprayed him is a lie and should not be taken seriously.

Eric Striker is giving similar reports.
Update from Cantwell's trial: original magistrate arrest warrant for Cantwell is exposed as being 90% lies/perjury. Jewish names heavily involved in all elements of prosecution/persecution. Dozens of Antifa paramilitary members in the audience, presence meant to influence trial
— Eric Striker DS (@Eric_StrikerDS) November 9, 2017
Are the Antifas at Cantwell's trial friends of @EmilyGorcenski ? Did she bring them along to scare to silence defense witnesses or scare defense lawyer? Does the Charlottesville kangaroo court even care?
— Eric Striker DS (@Eric_StrikerDS) November 9, 2017
People in a known domestic terror group pointing at people during a trial saying they will "remember their face" is brazen witness intimidation and potentially even jury tampering. The reason Antifa lynch mob is at Cantwell trial in big numbers is to influence court decision.
— Eric Striker DS (@Eric_StrikerDS) November 9, 2017
We’ll have updates when the decision as to whether or not to let him out of the cage comes down.
