Dyke Mistakenly Gets Negroid Sperm, Loses Legal Battle

A white dyke named Jennifer Cramblett and her partner Amanda Zinkon wanted to defy nature and become moms while being lesbians at the same time. They went to a sperm bank which screwed up their “order” (I guess you would put it), impregnating Amanda with with a the sperm of a man from the Dindu tribe instead of the sperm of the white donor. They tried to sue the sperm bank, which did refund part of their costs, but the Judge threw out their case against the sperm bank for damages and suffering.

The sperm bank apologized and refunded part of the cost to Cramblett and her partner Amanda Zinkon. But Cramblett’s suit alleged that the mistake caused her and her family stress, pain, suffering and medical expenses. And, the suit said, in Cramblett’s predominantly white community, she feared that her daughter, Payton, now 3, would grow up feeling like an “outcast.”

You know, I was thinking the part where this mixed Dindu child will have to deal with the fact both of her mothers are dykes is what really would make her an outcast, aside from the monkey traits mixed with Caucasian ones that are a side effect of Jewish science.

At the heart of the lawsuit was Cramblett’s claim that she was unprepared to raise an African American child and that her community and her “unconsciously insensitive” family members might not be accepting of a child of a different race.

“Getting a young daughter’s hair cut is not particularly stressful for most mothers, but to Jennifer it is not a routine matter, because Payton has hair typical of an African American girl,” the lawsuit said. “To get a decent cut, Jennifer must travel to a black neighborhood, far from where she lives, where she is obviously different in appearance, and not overtly welcome.”

“Jennifer’s stress and anxiety intensify when she envisions Payton entering an all-white school,” the lawsuit says. “Ironically, Jennifer and Amanda moved to Uniontown from racially diverse Akron, because the schools were better and to be closer to family.”

“Jennifer is well aware of the child psychology research and literature correlating intolerance and racism with reduced academic and psychological well-being of bi-racial children.”

In other words, she is blaming racism for the feels of her and her mixed dindu child, rather than the obvious facts that the lower IQ Dindu’s have is what is responsible for their sub-par performance and being mixed makes these hybrid children mentally unstable as well.

Also, she is totally being disingenuous by not coming out and saying  “me and my dyke partner didn’t want no dindu and don’t want to spend gas money driving out of town to get her dat special fade nugga.”

The court, however, wasn’t having any of this nonsense and threw her case out:

But DuPage County judge Ronald Sutter threw out the lawsuit Thursday, agreeing with attorneys for the sperm bank who argued that it lacked legal merit, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Attorneys for the sperm bank had argued that “wrongful birth” suits typically apply to cases where the child is born with a birth defect that doctors should have warned parents about; in this case, the child was healthy. Cramblett had also sought damages for a “breach of warranty.” The judge rejected both claims but said that Cramblett could refile the suit as a “negligence claim,” the Tribune reported.

How is it not a wrongful birth, I don’t know?

The woman ordered a white man’s sperm but got a Negroid child; I’d say that’s wrong. However, in today’s world, where race is just skin color and we are all the same, this woman is actually getting heat about this. How dare she not want to raise a hybrid child that looks nothing like her and her family of dyke lovers???!!!

Moral of the story, if she wasn’t a dyke, this could have been avoided totally by actually having sex with a man like nature intended to [editors note: even though she is a dyke, she could have just done that – had a few drinks with a suitable male she’s paid and gotten it done with]. She wanted to violate the laws of nature and play Jewish scientist and she got Jewed. But to argue in her favor, we live in a world where you if you’re white, even a white dyke, you’re always wrong because you’re a racist.
