Several Finnish media outlets have announced today that they will be Temporarily disabling comments from their articles because of constant hate speech and racism towards asylum seekers.
It all started out with Nyt.fi(Nyt.fi is part of Helsingin Sanomat which is the biggest newspaper in Finland) announcing that they will be disabling their comments for 2 weeks. According to them, it was done because of constant spreading of misinformation, as well as heated discussions on the comment section. Okay fair enough I thought to myself at this point, this is just individual media outlet making this umm, well fairly odd decision but okay sure.

Little did I know, later that day similar decision was made by Mtv3, which is also part of Finnish mass media. Unlike Nyt.fi, Mtv3 had entirely different explanation as to why they had disabled comments from their articles. According to Merja Ylä-Anttila, who is the executive producer of Mtv3, comments had to be disabled because of hate speech and racism towards asylum seekers. She then continued to talk about how Finnish people went to the u.s and Sweden back in the day to look for a better life. She failed to mention that all these Finns that went to Sweden or United States, actually went there to work, not to live on their welfare like these asylum seekers do.
For those of you who don’t know, at the moment Finland is being flooded more than ever with asylum seekers mainly from Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia and Syria. Currently over 800 new asylum seekers arrive to Finland every week. Finnish immigration service(migri) has estimated that there will be approximately 15 000 asylum seekers arriving to Finland just by the end of this year. The annual number in 2014 was just slightly over 4000 so compared to that, it’s a huge increase.That’s not all, the number is estimated to increase up to 40 000 next year.
90 percent of asylum seekers arrive to Finland from Sweden, through an unguarded border crossing. Technically speaking, they are all illegals and should be deported back to Sweden according to Dublin Regulation, but none of this is actually being done. Instead, the Finnish government lets them all enter Finland illegally and their solution to fight againts this problem is to set up new reception centres all over Finland.
Finnish immigration service estimated earlier today that Finland has to set up 3 reception centres every week, that means 12 in 1 month, 144 every year. The problem here is that they don’t even have to ask a permission from the city where they plan to set up a new reception centre, they can just negotiate with the(private) property owners and make a deal with them. This means they can basically set them up anywhere they want and nobody can stop them.
Asylum seekers have already caused havoc to nearby residents. Bikes have been stolen, they have been entering private properties without a permission, women and even girls have been followed and called whores by them. All this is just from one reception centre which was set up couple of weeks ago. There are literally tons of stories like this from other reception centres all over Finland. Back in 2009 a reception centre was set up in Pietarsaari(city in Finland) local cop, Sgt. Jorma Malinen was interviewed recently and he summed it up pretty well: According to him, every single crime that is committed in Pietarsaari, asylum seekers are involved one way or another. Oh, did I mention that majority of these asylum seekers that arrive to Finland are male.
Finland is currently struggling with the asylum seekers and many Finns are absolutely furious about what is currently happening in here. People have been commenting a lot on mass media’s comment sections where they have demanded that this flow of asylum seekers has to be stopped right now before it’s too late. So how does the media respond to this? by shutting down their comment sections so that the people can’t express their opinions.
It’s also fair to mention that people who have commented, all their comments have been in a respective manner, and they haven’t included any racism or profanity. They have just simply said that this flood of asylum seekers has to be stopped because Finland can’t handle this. Apparently comments like this were too much for certain media outlets and they labeled them as “racist and hate speech” which gave them a reason to shut down their comment sections.
After Nyt.fi and Mtv3 had announced that they will be shutting down their comment sections, they were soon followed by Verkkouutiset. Their reason was pretty much the same as Mtv3‘s, they didn’t like the fact that people were criticizing the flow of asylum seekers that illegally enter Finland.
So that’s 3 media outlets so far who disabled their comment sections in the very same day. But wait for it, they were joined by 1 more media outlet later that day. That media outlet was Iltalehti which is the 6th biggest newspaper in Finland by circulation. Unlike Mtv3 and Verkkouutiset, Iltalehti decided to make a list of which news articles people can’t comment on. They also said that they would enforce more strict moderation.
Those articles are as follows:
– Raw violent crimes
– Sex crimes
– Crimes where a perpetrator or a victim is a child
– Religion
– Immigration
– Sexual minority
– Other sensitive matters where inappropriate comments can be expected
When Nyt.fi first announced that they will be closing down comments and Mtv3 followed them some hours later, Executive Producer of Mtv3, Merja Ylä-Anttila actually said that it was just a coincidence that they happened to make the same decision on the very same day as Nyt.fi did. I wonder if Iltalehti and Verkkouutiset shutting down their comment section was “just a coincidence” too. I highly doubt it. It’s very likely in upcoming days more and more Finnish media outlets make similar announcement.
In conclusion: Freedom of speech seems to end when you decide to criticize asylum seekers. This is Finland in 2015 and sadly I do not think the situation is any better in other European countries.
All collaborators must be arrested and punished.

You are actually correct. For example Mtv3 which was mentioned here is actually owned by Bonnier AB and the founder of that company was a german jew. Nyt.fi(which is part of Helsingin Sanomat) is owned by Sanoma Oy. The biggest owner of Sanoma Oy is Aatos and Jane erkko foundation. Aatos Erkko was a jew who died 3 years ago, but before he died, he set up a foundation and bought over 20% of Sanomy Oy stocks, making that foundation the biggest private owner of that said company. This way he made sure that his jewish agendas are still being enforced even after he died. Finnish main stream media is pretty much owned by 3 big companies: Bonnier AB, Sanomy Oy and Alma media. 2/3 of those are confirmed to be owned by jews, Alma media doesn’t have any known jewish owners, but as we’ve been in the past, many jews try to hide the fact that they are jews, so it’s harder to connect the dots. So this being said, I have reason to believe Alma Media has jewish owners too for sure.

Lmao, they did the same thing here in Slovenia. The media is extremely biased on the invader issue, the amount of crying women and children I’ve seen in their articles is ridiculous. Despite their propaganda, every single comment was anti-immigration, with dozens of upvotes. There were even some pro-Nazi ones, I remember one that said “Europe needs a new Führer” with 50 upvotes, and there were quite a few taking about Jewish involvement in all of this. Of course, the media couldn’t handle the truth, so they decided to completely shut down the comments on every article related to invaders.

Sadly this sounds like exactly what Finns, Hungarians, Irish, Poles, etc. said just a couple years ago, and yet look now. I doubt Sweden, England, France, etc. even knew what they were in for a couple decades ago. You cannot think and hope you’re safe alone, action needs to be taken. We already have websites like these. But I think it’s more important that people are exposed to our ideas on mainstream platforms (news sites, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook…). That’s how I discovered all this stuff in the first place. I kept seeing all these comments about White nationalism and Jewish control, and because I’ve seen them so often, I decided to check it out myself.
