Imagine putting your young children’s lives in the hands of one of these envious, aggressive and incredibly stupid creatures and thinking everything would be fine.
The caregiver for Raelynn and Payton Keyes — the twins found dead in a hot car in Georgia on Sept. 29 — was arrested a charged with murder Monday.
Claudette Foster turned herself into the Hinesville police around 9 a.m. Detective Bryan Wolfe confirmed that Foster is charged with four criminal counts in the death of the girls.
Foster is charged with murder second degree in the death of Raelynn Keyes, murder second degree in the death of Payton Keyes, cruelty to children second degree in the death of Raelynn Keyes and cruelty to children second degree in the death of Payton Keyes.
Foster is currently housed at the Liberty County Jail pending her first appearance hearing.
