A local man is facing a murder charge after reportedly killing his stepfather by giving him an “atomic wedgie.”
The man, identified by KJRH 2 as 33-year-old Brad Davis, reportedly suffocated his stepfather to death after the two got into an argument in the days leading up to Christmas.
During the fight, 58-year-old Denver Lee St. Clair, reportedly spoke “ill of Davis’ mother,” then “swung first,” turning the verbal altercation into a physical one.
Davis claims this is when he fought back, giving St. Clair an “atomic wedgie” in what he claims was self-defense.
Ultimately, this caused his stepfather to die by “asphyxiation caused by the elastic underwear band being stretched over his head and left around his neck,” the station learned.
