The police might describe this brown savage as “Hispanic,” but I guarantee he’ll be classified as “White” in US crime databases.
A man police believe abducted a teenager Thursday morning in Western New York, prompting an Amber Alert, was arrested Monday and charged with rape and other crimes.
Guillermo Torres-Acevedo, 22, of Batavia, was arrested by state police Monday morning on charges of second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sex act–both felonies–as well as two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
He was arraigned and released on cash bail, according to state police records.
Torres-Acevedo is accused of taking 14-year-old Kamerie E. Elliot around 8 a.m. from West Bergen Road in Byron, Genesee County.
Kamerie is described as white, with hazel eyes and brown hair that was recently dyed blue. She is about 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.
Torres-Acevedo is described as Hispanic, with black hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
