The ex-con charged with murdering a Bronx homeless shelter director will have to submit a DNA swab to investigators, the judge ruled Thursday in Bronx Supreme Court.
West Spruill’s attorney, Patrick Joyce, said outside the courtroom that he objected to the DNA directive by the judge.
“I oppose it on the grounds that it would constitute an unconstitutional invasion of the defendant’s body without probable cause or a clear indication that material relevant evidence will be found,” Joyce’s written statement read.
Spruill, 39, who is jailed at the Manhattan Detention Center, appeared via video conference and loudly interrupted the hearing to ask what was going on.
She should have never been in the Bronx to begin with. Nigger and Puerto Rican jungle. I hope other White women can learn from what happened to her. She set out to help niggers and in return she was killed by a nigger-shine. It never ends well for do gooders trying to affirm to themselves and others that they are not racist.
I have a hard time feeling any sympathy for her; she was actively aiding and abetting feral niggers. Just another fool who put her hand in a fire and ignored the consequences.

New York City is no longer the glorious city it once was. Except Manhattan (because no nigger or spic could ever afford to live there) all the boroughs of New York are majority non-white that reproduce in an unbelievable rate. Just so you can understand how negrified New York is: a large amount of the “whites” there are Hasidic Jews. The average Hasidic family has around 10-14 children, and yet the number of whites keep decreasing, even in Brooklyn where most of these Jews live.
