Starbucks Racial Bias Training Estimated to Cost Company $12 Million

Starbucks recently shut down their stores to make their employees attend racial bias training. The training was designed to convince them that blacks are human beings and not low IQ apes.

Starbucks, the Jew-run coffee chain turned homeless shelter, recently shut down all of their stores across the United States for racial bias training. It’s estimated that the move cost them a pretty good amount of shekels.

Starbucks is closing all of its U.S. based stores — more than 8,000 locations across the country — Tuesday afternoon for a racial bias training program.

The initiative, prompted by the high-profile incident last month when a white Starbucks manager called the police on two black men sitting in a Philadelphia store who hadn’t bought anything, is intended to serve as the launching pad for a stronger commitment to diversity from the company, according to executives. And Starbucks stands to lose millions by closing all of its stores in the U.S. Tuesday afternoon for the training program.

Starbucks could lose up to $12 million when it shutters its U.S. stores for the afternoon on Tuesday, Sharon Zackfia, a partner at investment banking firm William Blair, told USA Today. Of course, $12 million is hardly a dent in the company’s more than $22 billion annual revenue, and executives view the training day as an investment rather than a financial loss.

Sure, $12 million might not be a ton of money for a company that rakes in billions of dollars every year, but it was still a stupid business decision. It was a dumb public relations stunt designed to promote this idea that their company is not racist (a defensive move, appearing as an admission that they are racist). It’s the worst type of virtue signaling imaginable and people are seeing it for what it is.

But it’s interesting that Starbucks is trying to brainwash their staff into thinking that race doesn’t exist, while simultaneously allowing nonpaying customers to loiter in their stores. By doing this, they’re opening up their shops to drug addicts and homeless people. It’s really incredible that they’re demanding their staff not to be horrible racists while adopting a policy that will force them to deal with the worst types of blacks and other minorities imaginable.

Their policies will infinitely increase the chance that members of their staff will recognize the realities of race. After their baristas have to deal with an endless number of homeless niggers stirring up trouble, they’re going to start seeing a pattern. It makes this so-called “investment” of brainwashing their employees not to be racist a complete waste of time and money.

The Jew Chairman of Starbucks Howard Schultz did a round of interviews discussing the training as part of the campaign. His media appearances were comical. It’s not like he’s going to be personally dealing with all these low IQ blacks loitering around Starbucks stores while he sits in his fancy executive office.

We definitely need to push the envelope on this story. Every effort should be made to encourage every drug addict and bum to patronize their local Starbucks. We also need to demand that Starbucks starts giving blacks free coffee because of slavery and social injustice. If they don’t cave and start doing these things, we can easily incite the blacks against them.

There’s a very good chance that we can make many of these city Starbucks stores a dysfunctional mess by using the weight of their own policies against them. If we succeed in doing this, it will not only hurt the business of this evil Jew-run corporation, but it will represent another victory for us in the larger culture war.
