The situation in France is such a friggin mess.
But #TeamTrump is going to try and fix it, and for that I salute them.
This is the beginning of the Trump conquest of Europe.
Just exactly as we planned it.
So it is to be celebrated, regardless of how fed-up I am with Madam Marine Le Pen as a personality.
Stephen Bannon, who helped Trump overcome the odds and claim a resounding victory, has reached out to the French Far right family’s youngest member.
He told French media he believed “France is the place to be, with its young entrepreneurs, women of the family Le Pen” adding that “Marion Maréchal-Le Pen is the new rising star”.
Marion has since expressed her support for the political campaigner and agreed to work with him in the future.
Tweeting to her 208,000 followers, she said: “I answer yes to the invitation of Stephen Bannon, CEO of the Trump presidential campaign, to work together.”
It is unclear at this time how she intends to work with Bannon, who is also planning on extending his news media enterprise into France.
But the move could concrete links between the Trump White House and the Le Pen family as right wing politics surges across the world.
Women shouldn’t be in politics at all, period. And as much as I hate to say it, the old man pretty much deserves what he got for putting his daughter in charge.
That said, at least Marion is still young and attractive, meaning she doesn’t have this full-on psychopathic control freak thing going on to the same degree as her auntie Marine.
The party could very, very easily take over if it weren’t for this horrible woman and her flip-flopping and cucking. I think she should step down now and be replaced with a man – FN has some great mayors and other elected officials who could do a better job than her in their sleep.
But maybe #TeamTrump can pull it off with her in charge.
It would certainly make our agenda in Europe a whole lot easier if FN wins next year. It will be one step closer to isolating Merkelist Germany.
