“They feel bad, of course.”
Well, I guess that’s an acceptable feeling after four hours of torture.
As long as no racist thoughts were had, these two Swedes will probably avoid being jailed for intolerance.
Early September, two men in their mid-twenties broke into the couple’s home in Härnösand and subjected them to torture-like and sexual violence for over four hours.
The man was beaten with a cane, cut with an axe, forced to drink soap, burned with a lighter, stripped naked and subjected to aggravated sexual assault, according to the indictment.
Plaintiff attorney Monika Lilja says:
They feel bad, of course. It is astonishing what torture-like violence and horrible things they have been subjected to. Both a knife and pliers were used. The woman was brutally raped and her partner was forced to watch.
Both men are prosecuted for aggravated domestic violence, aggravated assaults, gross unlawful threats, unlawful detention and gross unlawful coercion.
