During that time the Daily Stormer was attacked and these two subjects are covered in the first part.

In the second part, a recent news story from Russia is discussed, where nationalists prevented Leftist perverts from spreading filth among the Russian population.

Getting out there and doing something for your race takes guts and it takes sacrifice.

It may mean paying money for a bus fare, or it may mean losing friends when they discover your political views.

But whatever sacrifice it is that you end up making, when it is for your race it is never a wasted one.

    My son is super smart, strong and hardy. 12 now. Nutrition was ultra critical in the first 2-3 years, when theyre doubling in size every 8 months or so. I know alot if you’re interested.

        The most important thing in my life is my son. He’s the purpose of my life. I’m not going to have another child. So I’ve always wanted to do everything correctly with him. Out of 7 billion people on the planet, he chose me to be his father. It’s my duty to do the best I can do for him. He is also going to be very tall and tall people tend to have more health issues, so I really wanted to lay a rock solid foundation for his health as early as possible.

        It’s simple.
        Protect him from toxins and show him where toxins are.
        Ensure maximum nutrition everyday
        Educate him to make healthy choices on his own

        A child goes from a sperm and egg to a 200 pound adult by cell division.
        One cell to a trillion cells. Cell division is regulated by DNA
        replication. Every time DNA is replicated the possibility for error is
        present. DNA replication requires the presence of certain nutrients and
        conditions in a cell inorder to function. Cells keep dividing and DNA keeps replicating until the telomeres at the end a particular cells DNA have wasted away. When the DNA can no longer replicate the cell dies. When enough cells die then the organism dies. Cell lilfespan is also determined by telomere strength and length. Therefore it’s especially imperative that in early life that the body has everything it needs to build a strong foundation. All of the organs develop and double and redouble in size in childhood.

        When I touch my sons skin while hes sleeping I feel that his body is super hot. At night when he’s sleeping his cellular fucntions are working furiously to grow and repair. His body does this by carrying out billions of chemical reactions. All of those chemical reactions require ingredients. If the ingredients are not present then problems occur.

        Everybody knows it. You are what you eat.You literally are what you have eaten. It’s inescapable.

        I suggest you really do everything in your power to assist and encourage your wife to breast feed. My son did so until almost 3. Your wife should be eating super purely and taking a lot of food based vitamins, fish oils and protein isolates.

        When going into a supermarket you see isle after isle of processed food. I hate to even call it food.It’s all combined foods spit out of a machine into shapes with a few dozen ingredients in it.

        Ask yourself how old that food is? When was the last time that that food was alive? There no living bio force it. There very little nutrition it. And there’s a lot of pesticides and machinery detergents etc in it. And because it doesn’t spoil it lasts and lasts for a long time.

        As a vegetarian I understand that Food is basically trapped sunlight energy. Plants absorb sunlight and thru chlorophyll create energy. Sunlight is the foundation of the food chain. Everything else depends on it. As you move up the food chain that sunlight energy is lost incrementally. By the time you get to meat eaters that sunlight energy is many orders of magnitude removed. .

        Thus I always think in terms of trying to eat as close to the ground as possible. However vegetarianism has its pitfalls as well. Forget pesticides etc for a moment. Modern agriculture techniques has also depleted the soil. Soil used to be full of minerals. After hundreds of years of farming many of those nutrients are gone. Just because something is organic doesn’t mean that it’s full ofnutrition. All organic means is that no pesticides were used.(The best thing you can possibly eat is called biodynamic but that is very rare to find.)

        I would never put a child on a vegan diet. You cannot get around the fact that fish oils and proteins are needed for brain development. Eating vegan dishes is nutritious and good but not as a dedicated diet. My biggest problem with veganism is that the lack of sustained protein in the diet usually creates low blood sugar and then most vegans I know are always reaching for snacks for sugar. A solid serving of protein gives a body sustained energy.

        So I believe that the most important thing that you have to do for a child is vitamin supplementation. I’ve known many unhealthy vegetarians.
        Supplementation is essential. There are many companies making many
        products. Hes been taking supplements since he was 6 months old. When he reached 8 years he’s been taking the same that I take. Childrens dosages are pointless. Their bodies are executing far more biochem reactions than ours so I believe they need alot more vitamins than we do. Currently were around 35 pills a day divided 3 times mornings noon night more or less. If he misses it because of school its OK. But in the summers and weekends etc we try and stick with it. I know alot of people think Im crazy but if untermench kids grow up on diets of prenatal crack and grape soda just fine then white kids wont suffer from hyper nutrition.

        Its his job after meals to assemble the vitamins from all the jars for all of us. I trained him over the years from chewing vitamins to swallowing small ones to swallowing large ones. I’ll tell you the specifics if you want. 2 friends of mine are physicians and they helped me assemble a good regimen

        The other thing is to remove the presence of toxins in a child’s life. It’s easy. Was laundry with a Eco friendly soap and no fabric softeners. Showers not baths that way they don’t soak up water impurities. I rarely use soap on him. Maybe a couple of times a month. A castille soap. Clean the house with vinegar or Castile soap not detergents. And get rid of junk food. The food thing is a little difficult since most of a child’s friends eat junk. Once in a while is ok. But it’s junk and make sure that you call it junk so it builds up in their mind that its garbage.

        If youre interested further I can recommend specific brands and dosages.

        Hes projected to be 6’5, never gets sick, no allergies, He has a 148 IQ, top in all his classes and loves the Fuhrer. How blessed am I ?
